Another day out with the boy! Labels: food
His reservist is over and his school holiday is ending.. So we've been meeting up quite a bit. I think I'd be really bored in August. :(
I really don't understand why Vivo's Sushi Tei always has a queue. :(
His Kimchi Rice and my Salmon Don.
Obviously his was yummy and tasty but I was craving for salmon. Too bad for him cos I had to kope.
Teriyaki squid. Which was pretty good. Lucky I listened to Hans and had gotten us the Teriyaki one, and not the salted one.
Also, some Daiso buys.
Something for hair..
I took Mel's and Ber's advice to not buy myself some Vidal Sassoon round brush and go to Daiso for cheaper alternatives.
Well, this works well for its price and definitely worth it. Thanks girls for helping me save money.
The one on the right is for curling hair. I bought the large size thinking I'd use it while blowdrying to give my crown some volume. Hmm it does work but it's too big for the crown. I should go back and get the medium or small size.
Something for my wardrobes..
$2 for 3 sachets! And each comes with a small cardboard hook!
Only thing is that the hook is too small and when I tried to force it, it came off! :X
One in each of my wardrobes and one goes into my bra drawer.
Yay!
Something for keeping fit..
I was really excited to find this! I have been thinking of getting a skipping rope.. those skipping ropes with counter would be cool but always had to pull myself away and think twice cos of the price. For $2, whatever lah I'll count myself!
The length is adjustable too!
I bought this about 2 weeks ago and on and off, I've been skipping.
And seriously, it's damn tiring. My calves, thighs and back ache so badly.. more than my 10km runs can. To date, my record is merely 180 at one shot, a far cry from my initial goal of doing 1000 every day.
Oh and I have been whipped by the skipping rope and it left me with swollen lines. It's like torture!
Skipping rope is my new obsession and I've been putting off jogging to skip rope. I must be able to do 1000 before school starts!
