Chicken-a-la-Carte reminds me of that time when we were having Botak Jones at Bedok with Hans' army friends.

Botak Jones serves every dish with a huge amount of fries. Yummy but way too much. I remember our entire group consisted of two big tables. And every person's plate had like fries left. Imagine guys can't even finish the fries! As usual the cleaning auntie came and cleaned out the tables. Hans and I went late so we were still eating when this lady came up to us holding a small plastic bag and asked us to let her take our leftover fries before the auntie clears them. Staff Tan told the lady 'Later later, they are still eating'. But she never came back when we were done.

I wonder if she was going to bring the fries back to eat cos she actually didn't look like a beggar or very poor. She was dressed in casual home clothes and just looked like any of our mothers.

Yes, it is good to not waste food but to eat leftovers by other people isn't the most hygienic right. If you have no choice then that's understandable. But.. :X
