I was studying earlier in the afternoon when I heard a loud honk honk! It was obviously the postman's horn but I was pretty sure it can't be for us. So I ignored. Then he horned again. So I went out frowning at the postman and then I realized there was a box on my gate and the postman was signaling to me and pointing to it. Oooohhh! A package! From who?

Oh yah. Then I remembered.

The following is a rant.

I emailed them on the 29/1 regarding my puff jar which wasn't dispensing any powder like it should. They didn't reply, so I forwarded the email to them again few days later and they replied promptly and said they will 'gladly send a replacement' and asked for my order number. I then replied and asked if there is any difference between the black one and the brown one as many have been talking about on EDM forum. Another lady replied to say there is no difference, only the colour. I didn't reply to that and was very patiently waiting for my puff jar.. Until last Wednesday, 18 March. My puff jar didn't arrive after more than a month! I emailed to check if they sent it out and if it is a case of lost mail. Yet another lady replied and apologized for the delay and that they will send one out soon.

So I got my puff jar in a week. But really after close to 2 months.
I can't say it pisses me off cos they are giving me a replacement for free.. but it reflects so badly on their customer service. :(

And even though I'm a little disappointed with them, I am still waiting with my kits all full and waiting in the cart, waiting for a good special. When are they going to have discounts?!

Talking about customer service, I actually formatted my lappie today. To cut the story short, Acer customer service sucks. I called them and had to hold for like forever. Then I decided to email them, and they didn't reply. Tsk lousy shit. On the other hand, Bob from Singnet was really nice. He was very clear and detailed about what I should do and he actually helped me damn long. Even though he still pointed the problem to my wireless driver and told me I should call Acer, he did a nice job checking if anything else on Singnet could be the problem. He was awesome, really.

In the end, I found that my problem was caused by my own itchy hands (or finger actually). So yay thank God for helping me figure that out so I don't have to go down to Acer at IBP tomorrow!

Now, St Anthony, please help me find my Photoshop CD? Pleaseee. :)





update at 2.45AM:
I just realized how important Photoshop is to me. I can't even do without it for an hour.. So I'm now using the CS4 which looks quite different from CS3.. Hopefully I will get used to it soon! Me don't like changes.

Oh thank you St Anthony for helping me find the CD so quickly! I knew it was still with Mom. To think she was so insistent that she had returned it to me. Mom's face when she saw it in her drawer.. hahahahhahaha.. PRICELESS! Lol.
I'm just glad to have it back.. Even though I already have CS4 on my lappie.
