My first EDM haul arrived!

I bought 3 sample kits and have been using them for some time now.. have been waiting for the right special to make my order. Unfortunately for me, I missed the one with 2 free full-sized blushers and one bronzer. The Xmas one was not too bad too with 17% off and 4 sample-sized freebies.

I was so excited to see this on my table once I came back from camp! Yay!

Golden Fair and Olive Fair are so far, my closest match. I also can use Ivory on its own. But I will use 1:1 of Ivory with Golden Fair/Olive Fair to counter the yellow and make it more neutral since my skin has some pink undertones. I feel that Olive Fair is more yellow than Golden Fair. I have been using the foundations in semi-matte but thought I would try intensive for days when I need more coverage.

I was using Intensive Light concealer and it was working okay for me. I mainly use it as an undereye concealer since multi-intensive is too pink for that area and makes my undereye area more obvious.
Fair yellow PP seemed a little too fair for me but that could also be that I've gotten darker from the camp and I also applied a little too much. Think I'll get Golden fair PP in my next haul to compare. I'm also not sure if the jojoba content is making me itch (and breakout). Will continue to use and monitor.
The NR Fair looks darker than the STFR Fair in the jar. But I tried applying and they both are pretty translucent and work okay. I think I will like them. :)
With the whole hoo-ha about the NR on EDM forum, I'm not sure if I like the NR so much that I'd want to buy and stock up.


Eye Kabuki, FTB, LHK and Puff Jar. I don't even know why I bought the eye kabuki. But I like the softness of all the brushes and I can foresee myself using the Puff Jar to death. Great way to bring out for touchups.

I don't know how to use the Mint concealer - well.. I looked green after applying;
Multi-tasking foundation is so pink like a blush;
Flannel PJs is pretty!;
Linen foundation is quite my colour too;
FLN foundation is too dark.

I have bought quite a number of sample blushes off sgedmswap and I don't think I'll ever finishing using all of them since I only need to tap a tiny amount and that would be sufficient for the day. So I think I'll just continue to buy samples..

Oh how I love EDM. :D
