Breakfast: Homecooked porridge with sardine, vegetables and more vegetables.
Lunch/Snack: 4 Famous Amos cookies
Dinner: Post Blueberry Morning cereal with milk
Supper: I know I shouldn't, but... Baked Potatoes with mushroom and sausage

First run.
Used mapmyrun.com and ran a total distance of 3.83km. Maybe not that exact, since I did walk the last 5mins home. Cooling down right.
216 calories.
Mental note - gotta run faster next time.
