Breakfast: 3 slices of chocolate loaf bread
Lunch: Caved in and had Haagen Daz Macademia Nut Brittle.
Dinner: Rice with chicken drumstick, french beans and beansprouts.
Dessert: Barley in starchy soup thingy.
I'm writing this earlier today cos I'm not gonna eat any more for the rest of the night. I didn't run today as it rained quite heavily and I had dinner early. Plan to eat 2 red plums later in the evening and no more. Will pack up my room a little so burning calories subconsciously too.
I'm really really determined to do this! :)
