Just to prove to you guys that I am not blowing things out of proportion.


Yesterday at work..

Bruised.


And swollen. (not very obvious.. but I can feel it!)

The pain is making me walk funny. There is this slight ache whenever I land on my right foot. I was standing for quite a bit today while sorting out some stuff and my poor foot ended up cramping!

It cramped up yesterday too at work after turning numb for a brief moment.. but I thought it was due to the swelling.




Seems like I have the tendency to get injured before a run. Haha.
